Our administration building serves as Project NOW’s central home base, bringing leadership, administrative and program teams together in one location.

Head Start Administration
499 27th Street, East Moline, IL
Project NOW operates five Head Start sites serving families in East Moline, Moline and Kewanee. Classroom locations are not published online. Contact Head Start for enrollment information and help identifying the appropriate site.
Senior Services Locations
Senior Services are available through our Rock Island County Senior Center and our new Henry County location in Colona. Both locations connect older adults and people with disabilities with information, benefits assistance and supportive services.
Kewanee Outreach Office
Our Kewanee Outreach Office connects Henry County residents with Energy Services support, including help understanding available programs and completing the application process.
