Dr. Dwight L. Ford leads Project NOW with more than 25 years of experience in community development and social impact. He is passionate about creating pathways to opportunity and ensuring every neighbor has the resources and support they need to thrive.
Under his leadership, Project NOW continues to expand our reach, strengthen partnerships, and drive meaningful change across the region.
