DETAILS YOU’LL NEED
Be Ready Before You Schedule
Having your details ready can help us schedule your ride more quickly.
Your trip must begin or end in rural Rock Island County. If you’re unsure whether your trip is within the service area, contact Transportation before scheduling.
When you call, be prepared to provide:
* Your name
* Pickup address
* Destination address
* Date and appointment/arrival time
* Return-trip information
* Any accessibility needs
Reservations should be made by 12:00 PM the business day before your trip. Same-day rides may be available when scheduling allows.
Note: There will be an additional $3.00 Service Fee for same-day transportation.
Additional details may be needed.
Renters and Furnace Assistance applicants may need additional documentation.
